电压电流采样率高达1mS
一般电池充放电测试器使用软件记录值来计算电容量与能量,然而有限的数据采样率在计算动态电流时会导致较大误差;通过提高V/I采样率能够以更高的精确度提供容量计算。当电流瞬间变化时,数据不失真,传输速度不受影响。
N5831系列超级电容容量内阻测试仪提供四类电池夹。通用型夹具,适用于夹持各类圆柱形电池;科研用夹具(含大电流设备使用夹具),用鳄鱼夹将充放电电极、测量电极全部引出,可夹持任意种类研究用异型原电池;聚合物电池专用夹具;扣式电池专用夹具。采用电池夹与仪器相对隔离的机柜结构,配合仪器本身提供硬件软件保护,提高系统安全性,使用户的无忧测试得以保证。另外电池夹具与机柜相对隔离的机柜结构使对电池恒温测试易于实现。
采用精密的设计电路,保证充放电过程快速,精确。充电过程中恒流充点转恒压充电无过充,能最好的保护被测产品,防止由于过程导致测试结果不准或样品损毁等情况。恒压充电转恒流无缝切换,结合1ms高速采样,完全真实还原出产品测试过程,满足用户测试QC/T741、六步法、充转放法对直流等效内阻(DCIR)的测试要求。
所有电池夹具均为4电极,2个输出电极用于提供测试电流,另2个测量电极用于测量电池电压。多电极测量不仅提高测量精度,而且支持参比电极测试,适合于电极材料的研究使用。
N5831全系列支持16路温度采集,可根据各种NTC规格参数,满足用户对超级电容包内部温度的实时监控,确保产品在测试过程中安全稳定。

N5831可通过重复充放电循环测试,测量超级电容在充放电过程中表征寿命特征的各项物理参数并提取其衰减曲线。通过分析参数衰减曲线,用户可获取超级电容在不同应用环境下的预计寿命、充放电周期以及在不同阶段的性能指标。寿命测试结果可用于指导材料、工艺、存储等诸多环节的改善。
